Out of State Dealers
Are you still providing your customers with temporary registrations? If so, Let us help you with our same day on-line processing! As an On-Line Messenger for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we can print out registrations, along with many other services!
The following documentation is required for PA Title, Tags, & Registration:
Bill of Sale – OR- Work Order
Title – OR – Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin
Certificates of Origin need to be notarized under the Odometer
Statement AND Customer Assignment
Signed and Notarized Power of Attorney
*Our office will be the power of attorney; however the new registrant must sign off.
Completed MV-41 w/section B completed verifying the VIN.
Copy of the new registrants valid
PA Driver’s License (front and back)
*If the registrants’ address differs from that on their driver’s license we will need a copy of their amendment card as well or they will need to change their address with the state and provide proper proof of the update.
Copy of the new registrants valid PA
Automobile Insurance Card or Declarations Page
*Please review acceptable Proof of Insurance
A check written to PA Tags Etc., Inc.
*The check should include all PennDOT fee’s as well as our service fees.
Pennsylvania Dealers
Do you not have online access with PennDOT to offer your customers with 60-Day In-Transit Plates? We can help you! We are an On-Line Messenger for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and we can issue cardboard tags and print out the temporary registration cards right here in our office!
The following documentation is required for In-Transit Tags & Temporary Registration:
Pennsylvania Automobile, Motorcycle or Trailer Title assigned to an out of state resident or residents
Signed and Notarized Power of Attorney
* Only needed if the registrant or registrants are not going to be in our office at the time the In-Transit Tag is issued.
* We can be the power of attorney; however the registrant(s) must sign off.
Copy of the registrants valid out of state Driver’s License (front and back)
Copy of the registrants valid Automobile Insurance Card or Declarations Page
– We will return the PA Title to you or your customer along with the Temporary Registration Card and In-Transit Plate.

Do you and your dealership have out of state auction titles or out of state trade-in titles that need flipped to Pennsylvania? We can help!
You will need to bring in:
The title correctly filled out and notarized if notarization is required.
* All signatures must also be hand printed (NOT STAMPED); where required.
The dealership representative/signer who is signing off as buyer on the PA Title or MV-1 will also need to provide a copy of the front and back of their valid Driver’s License or state issued Photo ID.
A copy of the titling dealerships valid Dealer Summary Card.
* The summary card lists all of the dealer plates.
* The summary card must be valid and signed.
