An Apostille is simply the name for a specialized certificate issued by the State. The Apostille is attached to your original document to verify the signature is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other Hague Apostille Member Countries.
A Apostille is a document which has been authenticated by a government authority allowing the use of the document internationally. An Apostille is issued by the Secretary of State in which the document originated. We can process apostilles from any state in the USA. We can FedEx/UPS your documents anywhere in the world, or have them rushed to your home, office or hotel.
Apostille/Authentication On A Certificate Of Naturalization
If you require an apostille/authentication on your naturalization certificate, you will need to request certified true copy of the Naturalization Certificate first.
Do you need to certify a copy of your documents through the local USCIS office? Do you need to obtain an apostille on Form G-24 or on a certified copy of your Certificate of Naturalization? We can help you.
Certified Copies
A notary cannot certify copies of birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, certificates of naturalization or deeds.
Government forms are unable to be notarized as a Notary is only permitted to notarize a document that he or she actually witnesses being signed. However, fortunately the State of Pennsylvania allows PA notaries to notarize COPY CERTIFICATIONS. This form attests to the fact that the copy is a true and correct, unaltered and unchanged document. The process is easy: You present the original and a copy of your document to the Notary. He or she then signs and notarizes a Copy Certification. The Copy Certification is affixed to the document. The two forms must be presented together. This form is generally accepted by most organizations, including Embassies, throughout the world. We do, however, suggest that you contact the recipient of the document to make sure they will accept it.
